Eyup Kizilcay

KIZILCAY.jpgMSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering, University of Sussex. He is currently working as a Body Assembly Engineer in Production Engineering division for Toyota Motor Europe. Even though climate change is a result of technological development, he believes innovative technology is the only way of out. Cause, humankind is in a point where can not move backward. Simply no body can imagine a world without electricity, cars, computers, or planes. Cause it is a part of our civilization that it has taken centuries to create. Just we need is to change the way of thinking and take into account environmental aspects in any step forward technological development. He believes in low carbon future and his dream is zero carbon emission cars.

‘Don’t shop, swap!‘ was the idea behind the initiative which encouraged people to swap their goods rather than throw them away, re-use old products instead of buying new ones and by doing that help decrease CO2 emissions from the productionof new items.
