Hilde currently works as a Research Assistant and Administrative Manager at Center for Corporate Responsibility at BI Norwegian School of Management. She does research on CSR implementation and on sustainable development in general. Hilde is also involved in the international research project CERES21 that looks at how climate change is approached in different parts of the world. Educated in business and marketing she is particularly interested in how businesses work innovatively to fight and meet climate change. Hilde is excited about broadening her knowledge on climate change, interacting with other Climate Advocates from diverse backgrounds and working on climate projects that will make a difference. Due to her Norwegian genes Hilde loves spending time outdoors; skiing in the mountains or running in the woods.

 
 
 
Slovenian Climate Advocates introduced a competition to encourage employees to use bicycles instead of cars to get to work and in turn reduce CO2 emissions.
