Kateřina Kolská PDF Print E-mail

Katka studies Environmental Economics and administration at the University of Economics in Prague. She is an active member of Oikos Prague, a student organisation for sustainable economics and management. Katka thinks that there is great potential for change in the Czech Republic and is interested in raising climate change awareness and in the possibilities of improving the condition of the environment that are present to all in their everyday lives.  Friends find Katka caring, responsible, smart and strong-willed, with good common sense and ability to bring people together.
 

 
 
 
Can one person really make a difference? This was the question the British Climate Advocates wished to answer for the people of Manchester with a resounding ‘Yes!’ They wished to empower people with the knowledge that their actions really do make a difference by starting with something we can all do − turn the lights off.
