Barbora Pešková PDF Print E-mail

Bára graduated with a degree in Environmental Science from the Faculty of Science at Charles University and has completed various educational training courses. She used to work five years in an ecological NGO Tereza. She also spent one year in the UK working in educational institutions and gained some experience as a volunteer. Currently she works as a coordintor for the Centre for Modern Education. Bara is very active, friendly and open. She is fond of outdoor activities and likes new challenges, especially those that make a difference to society.

 
 
 
The key concern of the Turkish Climate Advocates was to make people aware that climate change is also a local issue. They wanted to dispel the myth that the effects of global warming could only be found in the North Pole and sought to make people look more closely at their local environment and realise that it is also being affected.
